At TCS, Rammy leads with the conviction that meaningful work is a pathway to independence, dignity, and joy. His passion lies in building inclusive teams and delivering exceptional service — proving every day that purpose and performance can go hand in hand.
With over 25 years of experience launching and scaling mission-driven companies, Rammy brings a track record of entrepreneurial success to TCS. Prior to joining the organization, he served as President of Club Sports Group, one of the world’s fastest-growing fitness platforms, where he helped scale boutique fitness brands like F45 Training and FS8 to over 60 operating locations across two countries and supported more than 100 additional sites as Master Franchisee in Europe.
Earlier in his career, Rammy was the co-founder and CEO of Kidville, an early childhood enrichment franchise with 200+ locations sold across nine countries. He also co-founded Xando Coffee & Bar, which later merged with Cosi Sandwich Bar, growing into a national chain of over 100 locations.
Rammy thrives at the intersection of brand, mission, and execution — building cultures where team members flourish, team members feel seen, and organizations exceed expectations. He continues to serve the broader community through charitable work as a Board of Director on the Rye Youth Council, passionate volunteer for Bread of Life and Worthy of Love. He is also an Executive Committee Member of his YPO Chapter in NYC.
Rammy holds a BS with honors from Middlebury College and an MBA in Marketing from NYU Stern. He lives in Rye, NY, with his remarkable wife Courtney and their two children, Cameron and Xander.
