Robert Levin is an entrepreneur, speaker, content marketing expert, and former publisher. Ben Deyoung


Currently President of Ben DeYoung and Associates a management/marketing consultant primarily in the health care industry for over twenty years. Ben’s accounts include major and start-up corporations and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to starting his own consulting firm he worked in the industry for 30 years including management positions at Bristol-Myers and Grey Global Advertising. In these roles Ben directed strategic business planning and tactics of marketing, media, sales, sales promotion, market research and public relations. He was also was involved in government, legal and regulatory issues.

Maggi is Pfizer’s Corporate Secretary and Chief Governance Counsel. She leads Pfizer’s Corporate Governance department, which is responsible for working with Pfizer investors on a variety of governance issues to facilitate an open dialogue between the Company and its shareholders. Maggi works closely with the CEO and Chairman of the Board, General Counsel and other senior leadership on SEC and NYSE matters, emerging trends and practices in corporate governance, board-related issues, global corporate financings/capital raising, M&A, pension fund and general corporate matters. In addition, a significant portion of Maggi’s duties include working with the Board of Directors at, and in preparation for, Board meetings, as well as the meetings of several Board Committees. Maggi also has oversight of the Shareholder Services, Pfizer’s many subsidiaries, the Corporate Policies, and Procedures team, the Compensation and Benefits team, Global Privacy Office and the Enterprise Records & Information Management (“eRIM”) team. She is also responsible for the team that provides legal support to Pfizer’s DC office and nationwide lobbying efforts. Maggi is a member of the Legal Division’s Executive Team and serves as the lead for the disAbility Pfizer Colleague Council. Maggi has been employed at Pfizer since August 1, 2000, and has held positions of increasing responsibility.

Prior to joining Pfizer, Maggi was a partner at Epstein, Becker and Green, P.C. She practiced in both its New York and New Jersey offices, primarily focusing her practice in employment litigation. In addition to her service as Trustee for The Corporate Source, Maggi serves on the Board of Directors for The Benedictine School for Exceptional Children. Maggi is a former member of the Board of Directors for MFY Legal Services, Inc.

Scott D. Stelk

As a New York Audit Partner, Scott provides audit services to diversified industrial clients. Scott is the North America lead partner for Daimler and Panasonic. Scott is also the lead partner and concurring review partner for other various diversified industrial companies. The firm has designated Scott as an International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Reviewing Partner. Scott has also provided professional audit services to several public registrants in accordance with U.S. GAAP and PCAOB standards.

Scott spent three years in KPMG’s Department of Professional Practice where he advised registrants and audit engagement teams on technical matters such as business combinations, restructurings, impairments, SEC reporting matters and internal controls over financial reporting. As a member of the Department of Professional Practice, Scott authored publications for KPMG’s Global Energy Institute, Defining Issues, and other external publications and actively supported the firm’s participation in the standard setting process. In addition to his service as a Board Member of The Corporate Source, Scott serves on the Advisory Board of Baylor University Hankamer School of Business Accounting Department and is a member of The New York Flyer Runners Club.
